I started Carver Community Badminton with a simple goal: to get a lot more people to play the sport of badminton. I want everyone, young and old, whether beginner or skilled player to come to Carver Community Badminton, have a lot of fun, and meet new friends. I started with backyard badminton and then played on the team at Towson High School, and have pursued the sport with greater passion ever since. I play competitively in East Coast tournaments, but my biggest interest is in growing and coaching the next generation of players. I was mentored by Richard Shingles who did more for the sport of badminton in Maryland than anybody else. Steven Page, Program Director and Coach
